From the download page, choose your operating system, and then click Download iTunes-Free button.
Note: Please make sure that you meet the minimum requirements for downloading this software. The requirements are written below the button.

After you have successfully installed iTunes, click on Advanced > Subscribe to Podcast, copy and paste the URL below in the URL box in the opening dialog box, and click OK.

After you have subscribed to the SS/HS Video Podcast, click on the arrow before the title of video podcast and click on GET button next each video.

Make sure that your software is set to automatically download the new videos. Click on Edit > Preferences (Ctrl+,) and then from the Podcasts tab, select "Every day" from the Check for new episodes dropdown list.
